It was a pleasure to meet in person Ambassador Anatoly Antonov and William Brumfield (with whom I had a brief conversation about the works of composer Nikolai Medtner ).

Originally from the Republic of Tartarstan, Russia, Ramilya Saubanova is “a musician of profound sensitivity, passion and lyricism.” Based in Baltimore, MD, Ramilya recently graduated with a DMA in piano performance from Peabody Institute.
The music starts at 3:00 but arrive as early as 2:30 to get a drink or snack before it starts!
The program will feature masterpieces by Kreisler- Rachmaninoff, Brahms, Bach, Yakhin and Chopin. Join us for a lovely event where each piece tells a story, and every note resonates with the beauty of the human spirit.
